The hotel decor was unique, especially its christmas decorations. The beds were really comfortable, including the pillows and bedding. The room i stayed in felt huge, perfect for friends on a trip. Staff helped store luggage, very useful!
The water from the jacuzzi was not very hot, i would have liked warmer water to relax.

The location was very central. I found it quite reasonable. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good. It was spot on!!!
The air conditioning was not working in the room. This led to a warm interior. The bathroom floor was damaged. It was also stained.

the reception staff offered a warm welcome. the interior design of both the room and public areas was fabulous. the room was clean and well presented. breakfast was hot and plentiful, certainly not an average hotel breakfast! the location is central. shopping, bars, the train station, and theaters are nearby.
I noticed a slight issue with the lighting in the room, it was a bit dim. also, the windows were sealed shut. They could not be opened for fresh air. these small points aside, everything else was wonderful.
